Profile of Sister Brenda J.Hudson
 
  Brenda J. Hudson was born in Charleston, West Virginia on December 10, 1947.  Upon graduating from Winfield High School in Winfield, WV in 1965 Brenda married David M. Hudson also of Charleston, WV.  They have been married for 39 years and she has mothered two sons, Nathaniel and Derek.Brenda attended Texas Bible College in Houston, Texas along with her husband.  She has faithfully labored along side and valiantly

supported the ministry of her husband. She has greatly contributed to the success of the ministry of her husband in supporting roles serving in five pastorates with her husband.  She has served in leading roles as teacher, musician, ladies ministries leader, and community advisor while managing her home and children. Brenda has served as:

  • Ladies Ministries Secretary of the Indiana District of the UPCI (1979 - 1985),
  • Ladies Ministries Sectional Director of the West Virginia District UPCI (1986 - 1999),
  • Ladies Ministries President of the West Virginia District UPCI (1999 - 2005) and
  • National Ladies Ministries Board UPC (1999 - 2005)

Brenda has traveled extensively with her husband visiting in excess of 50 countries around the world.  She is Speaker at home and abroad ministering in many ladies functions, retreats, and conferences.

In the words of her husband, "Brenda has been the driving force behind the success of our ministry, a lady in whom I have complete trust and confidence.  It can truly be said that behind every good man is a good woman and Brenda has been that woman.  She has truly been an inspiration!"
