May God's wisdom be upon you
As decisions are to be made,
Call upon the Lord Our God
And He will be your aid.

I prayed that God would give you
Courage in everything you do,
To wipe away all your doubts,
And set your heart anew.

Lord keep my fellow American
Free from any emotional or physical harm,
When trouble awaits my comrade
Please sound off your alarm.

The Lord is very faithful
And will give you strength indeed,
He is the Great Shepherd
And will supply all your need.

When you feel lonely and discouraged
And have no where else to turn,
Just remember these few lessons
They're not that hard to learn.

You are one of my heroes
That's who you are to me,
Because of the great price you're paying
So that America can be free.

Remember what you're fighting for
For liberty and justice for all,
The flag still stands for freedom
O' Glory flies high and tall.

We are One Nation Under God
The Bible says its so,
And here are some other facts
I just want you to know.

God's love is always with you
His promises are true,
Just put your trust in Him
And He will see you through.

When you are face to face with the enemy
And you're overcome with fear,
Do not be afraid
Your precious Lord and Savior is near.

So when you're on the battlefield
And put to the test,
Just remember I'm here praying
And God will do the rest.
